𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝!In 2019 Electude and Lincoln Technical Institute started their partnership to develop and provide Automotive and Diesel Technology students the best learning experience, preparing them to be successful professionals. Electude created a 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 for Lincoln Tech, using all of its e-learning components and tools, and provided in person implementation trainings at each of Lincoln’s campuses. Next step was to complete the learning experience at Lincoln Tech with an important component from Phase 3 of Electude’s 4 Phase learning cycle; 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭. Electude Connect bridges the gap between 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐲 (Phase 1 and 2) and the 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 learning experience (Phase 4). I have spend the last two weeks at Lincoln Tech’s campuses in Indianapolis (IN) and Mahwah (NJ), finishing the “𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬” and providing 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 sessions to the instructors. Preparing them to put this training equipment into action with their students. Lincoln Tech is unique in that they’re the very first institute in the US to create this awesome learning experience, using Electude Connect.On to the next campus!!#Electude#LincolnTechnicalInstitute#ElectudeConnect

This week, with the help of our dear colleague Jose Luque, Tim van Schuylenburg and I visited several VET schools in and around Madrid and Barcelona.We spoke with teachers and their leadership in order to better understand the situation in their school, their curriculum, teaching and the challenges they face.This will help us greatly in creating an Electude Product, specifically tailored to the Spanish Grado Medio - Electromecánica de Vehíclos Automóviles and Grado Superior - Automoción program. Yes, it’s a wrap! What a journey!Three years ago, after running a four week pilot at one of their most challenging campuses, Electude and Lincoln Tech struck up a partnership. Using all of Electude’s educational assets and even creating custom content, we designed a new automotive and diesel program to be taught in a blended format. At Electude we believe that real succes lies not only in supplying our customers with great content. They should also be supported in how to integrate it in their education. What is blended learning?In what different ways can I use Electude?What are best practices of using Electude and increasing things like student satisfaction and engagement? That is why we created an implementation training which we’ve been rolling out for the last 14 months at each Lincoln Tech campus. Today Jurjen Schetsberg, Darrell Christopher and I finished training the educational team of the last of Lincoln’s 12 campuses!Looking forward to the next project! #electude#lincolntech#blendedlearning #automotive #education
